Who We Are
Shozzle is a connected venue-growth ecosystem covering venue listings, POS tools, display advertising, sports discovery, restaurant discovery, community league visibility and local discovery.

Use of the Website and Services
You agree to use Shozzle lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the website or services in a way that damages the platform, misleads users, infringes third-party rights or breaches applicable law.
Accounts and Venue Submissions
If you create an account or submit a venue, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
Shozzle may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove venue submissions where information is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, inappropriate or not suitable for the platform.
Free and Premium Services
Shozzle may offer free tools and premium paid services. Free services may be changed, limited or withdrawn where needed for operational, technical or commercial reasons.
Premium services, pricing, billing terms and renewal rules should be confirmed at the point of purchase or agreement.
Content and Intellectual Property
Shozzle owns or licenses the platform, page structure, brand assets, designs, software, content and related materials unless otherwise stated.
Users must only upload or submit content they have the right to use. By submitting content, users grant Shozzle permission to display, process and use that content for platform, listing, promotional and service purposes.
Advertising and Promotions
Advertiser campaigns, display advertising placements and promotional services may be subject to approval, availability, venue suitability, campaign rules and separate commercial terms.
Shozzle may reject or remove advertising that is misleading, unsuitable, unlawful, low quality or harmful to the user or venue experience.
Availability and Changes
Shozzle may update, improve, suspend or change parts of the website and services over time. While reasonable care is taken, Shozzle does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shozzle is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or damages arising from use or inability to use the website or services.

Termination
Shozzle may suspend or terminate access where users breach these terms, misuse the platform, submit misleading content or use services unlawfully.
Governing Law
