Acceptable Use Policy

General Rules

Users must use Shozzle lawfully, responsibly and respectfully. Users must not misuse the website, submit misleading information, upload harmful content or interfere with platform operation.

Prohibited Content

Users must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, infringing, malicious, spam-based or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

Venue Listings

Venue listings must be accurate, relevant and submitted by someone with the right to represent or provide information about the venue. Shozzle may edit, reject, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated, misleading or unsuitable.

Advertising Content

Advertising content must be legal, accurate, appropriate and suitable for the venue environment. Shozzle may reject or remove advertising that is misleading, offensive, unsafe, inappropriate, low quality or harmful to the venue or customer experience.

Security and Platform Abuse

Users must not attempt to hack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to Shozzle systems, accounts, data or services. Automated access, crawling or data extraction may be restricted unless expressly permitted in writing.

Intellectual Property

Users must only upload content, images, logos, text and materials they own or have permission to use. Shozzle may remove content where there is a credible intellectual-property complaint.

Enforcement

Shozzle may remove content, suspend accounts, restrict access or terminate services where this policy is breached. Serious misuse may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
